Lowfer helps real-estate investors request property research and review rural-property opportunities. This policy explains what information may be collected and how it is used. Lowfer SMS messaging is registered in Twilio under the Revradar.io A2P brand.
Information we collect
We may collect contact details, property-search criteria, property information, communication history, campaign preferences, and account information that users provide or import while using Lowfer. If you request Lowfer property research and opt in to SMS updates, we may collect your mobile number, consent timestamp, and the consent language shown at opt-in.
How we use information
We use information to operate Lowfer, prepare requested property research, send requested property research text updates to people who opted in, maintain opt-out records, secure the service, troubleshoot delivery, and comply with carrier, legal, and platform requirements.
SMS privacy and mobile numbers
People who submit a property research request on Lowfer.co/start may optionally opt in to text updates by entering a mobile number and actively checking the separate, unchecked SMS consent box on the request form. SMS consent is not required to purchase or use Lowfer services, and request records can be handled by email.
Mobile numbers collected or processed for SMS messaging are used only to provide the requested messaging service, maintain consent and opt-out records, and support replies. We do not sell mobile numbers. We do not share mobile numbers with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
If you opt in, you may receive messages confirming signup, asking intake questions about your requested buying area or criteria, and notifying you when requested research is ready. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe and HELP for help. Lowfer does not offer SMS keyword opt-in; the only SMS opt-in path is the separate unchecked checkbox on Lowfer.co/start.
Sharing and service providers
We may share information with service providers that help operate Lowfer, such as hosting, communications, analytics, security, and data-processing vendors. These providers may use the information only to provide services to Lowfer or its users. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer.
Your choices
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. You can request help by replying HELP. If you believe your information was added in error, email privacy@lowfer.co.
