These terms describe the rules for using Lowfer and for receiving optional Lowfer text updates. Lowfer SMS messaging is registered in Twilio under the Revradar.io A2P brand.
Use of Lowfer
Lowfer is a workspace for real-estate investors to request property research, review property opportunities, prepare outreach, and manage replies. Users are responsible for making sure their campaigns, contacts, offers, and messages comply with applicable laws, carrier rules, and platform policies.
Human approval before outreach
Lowfer is designed so a person reviews campaign content before launching outreach. Users must not use Lowfer to send misleading, unlawful, abusive, or non-consensual messages.
SMS terms
People who submit a property research request on Lowfer.co/start may optionally opt in to SMS updates by entering a mobile number and actively checking the separate, unchecked SMS consent box on the request form. SMS consent is not required to purchase or use Lowfer services, and request records can be handled by email.
If you opt in, Lowfer SMS messages may confirm your signup, ask intake questions about your requested buying area and criteria, notify you when requested property research is ready, and provide support updates related to that request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, you may receive one confirmation message and then no further SMS messages unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help or contact privacy@lowfer.co.
Lowfer does not offer SMS keyword opt-in. The only SMS opt-in path is entering a mobile number and actively checking the separate unchecked SMS consent checkbox on Lowfer.co/start.
